Management

The President and Director of Legal Placements of TR Grace is Sina Amarell, Esq., an attorney licensed in the State of Connecticut since 1989.  She has lived in Connecticut her entire life.  Attorney Amarell is a Georgetown University and a Georgetown University Law Center graduate.  She has 20+ years of experience in the legal and placement professions.  Attorney Amarell began her practice of law as a litigation associate at a large, prestigious law firm in Connecticut.  While practicing as an attorney, her diverse experience included providing counseling services to job placement centers, interviewing prospective attorneys of various levels, coordinating events for summer associate programs at a law firm, and providing training to the statewide paralegal association.  Beginning in 1994, Attorney Amarell owned and operated her own law firm and became a well known boutique specialty practice lawyer throughout the State of Connecticut.  In 2001, Attorney Amarell opened the TR Grace office.  Attorney Amarell has been active in the Georgetown University Alumni Association and has served on the Advisory Board for the Paralegal Program at Manchester Community College.

The CEO and Director of Business Operations is Martin F. Amarell.  He is a lifelong Connecticut resident.  Mr. Amarell graduated from Princeton University with his undergraduate degree and obtained his Masters in Business Administration at Harvard University in 1988.  Mr. Amarell has held key management positions in Operations, Finance, and Marketing at a number of corporations including United Technologies, The Stanley Works and CIDRA Corporation.  In each of these positions, Mr. Amarell was charged with staffing his organizations with highly talented candidates with diverse skill sets.  Mr. Amarell joined TR Grace in 2004.   Mr. Amarell has been active in the United Way Fundraising Campaigns and in the Harvard University Alumni Association.
